Shipping Information
Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time are typically processed the same day or next business day.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed within 1–2 business days, excluding major holidays.
- Bulk and wholesale orders may require 2–3 business days for processing.
- Shipping time estimates from USPS and UPS do not include processing time and are not guaranteed.
- Delays due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days.
- Priority shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard international shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days, pending normal customs clearance.
- Priority international shipping: Estimated delivery within 8–12 business days, pending normal customs clearance.
Shipping Carriers:
- We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- All orders ship from within the United States.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free ground shipping on orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Excludes: Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, bulk pallet orders, and large oversize props or decorations.
- Note: We currently do not ship to Washington, D.C.
- Oversize or pallet shipments will incur freight charges. Customers will be contacted by email with the freight cost before shipment.
Shipping Cutoffs and Holiday Notes
- For Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air: Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) will ship the same day. Orders after this time ship the next business day.
- Orders requesting Next Day Air on a Friday after 1:00 PM PST will ship on Monday, unless Next Day Saturday AM is selected.
Holiday Closures:
- Our office is closed on all major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:
- July 4 (Independence Day)
- Thanksgiving Day
- December 25–26 (Christmas)
- January 1 (New Year’s Day)
Returns & Exchanges
- For exchanges or returns, contact us at sales@masqueradeoasis.com with your order number and name.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order if the item was damaged or not as described.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed in 1-5 business days upon receiving the return.
